BEEF

We use the same traditional methods, herbs, spices and pistachios as Mortadella made in Modena, Italy. We substitute the Pork with Angus Beef for those who prefer eat Beef. Sold in two sizes: 1 lb and 16 lb (two 8 lb loaves).
